Fees will be reviewed in June each year, for the following year and published prior to the completion of the last term
 
Fees will be quoted in Korean Won on school invoices
Fees must be paid prior to the commencement of the pupil with the child¡¯s name/names as a reference, on the payment
 
The fee paid must be the total fee without bank charges deducted. The payer must cover bank charges
Fee¡¯s paid late will be charged a late fee
Invoices will be issued prior to the commencement of administrative term¡¯s one and three
 
A non-refundable registration fee of 250,000 Korean Won is charged to all new applicants. Payment of this fee guarantees that a place will be kept vacant for up to six months from the payment date. This fee is refundable to applicants who actually take up a place at the school.
 
A penalty of 5% will be applied to payments received30 school days after the commencement of the term.

The school rate of exchange for currency is based on the daily rate of exchange.

 
 
There will be no reduction in fees if a student joins up to 30 school days after the start of term.

Students joining between 31 and 60 days after the start of the term will be charged two thirds of the tuition fee.

 
Students joining after 61 days after the start of the term will be charged one third of the tuition fee.
Each term is approximately 45 days.
 
 
1-month¡¯s notice is needed by the school to prepare the necessary transfer documents.

Fees will not be refunded for any incomplete part of a term.

Refunds for a full term not completed may be given, at the schools discretion, if the school was informed, in writing, at least 1 month prior to the leaving date.
 
Children leaving OIS temporarily during the school year will not necessarily be guaranteed a place at the school on their return unless the fees are paid for the period of absence
